Thaipusam

Hi. Sorry for not updating my blog often. College has just started for me, with all the classes and all starting today, so I wasn't really free until now. Luckily it's Thaipusam tomorrow, so I can get a day's worth of rest. Not that I really need it, I have been resting since the end of SPM until now, but still it's still good to refresh my memory of some subjects before facing the lecturers again on Friday.

Today the lecturers were going a litttle bit too fast, but somehow I managed to catch up. Made me want to refresh my memory of Chemistry, Physics, Add Maths again. I think I might have forgotten most of it.

Anyway, today I was appointed the treasurer of my class, PS1. I nominated myself actually. But the job of a treasurer is just to collect money from the fellow students and pay some fees asked by the mentor teacher, I think. ( Oh ya, and also photostat money... That's going to cost us a bomb!)

Oh ya, that reminds me, better remember to collect the photostated material tomorrow before the shop closes. If not, we're screwed on Friday because Ms Elaine, our Chemistry lecturer, wants the lab manuals by Friday. And Dini and I better collect our lab coats and goggles on Friday earlier because Chemistry is the 1st 2 periods.

I was thinking whether I should join the student council or not. I have mixed feelings. Here I am thinking I should not just go back to being sort of like a "prefect" again; but on the other hand I feel that if I don't take this chance... Haiz, life's just like that, I guess... And there's also the decision of what clubs I should join. I think I should join as many clubs as I can as I want to make my testimonial and resume look good in the future.

Haiz, so many to think about, and so little time to execute it all.
