Starting-to-be hectic college life...

Hi. Sorry for not updating after so long... (Was it even that long?)

Anyway, my college life is starting to become hectic (refer to title of post above).

Just to let you guys know, after an interview, I was chosen to become the secretary for my college's psychology club. Honestly, I thought I wouldn't get the post. I thought my interview sucked and that I was too shy to answer any of their questions. Guess I was proven wrong...

So, because of this secretary post, I have to attend an ECA meeting this Tuesday, after my general club meeting on Monday, and then I have to go for a camp from this Friday to next Sunday in Negeri Sembilan!! How cool is that??? But I have to settle my homework first though...

But, my rock-climbing club general meeting is on the same day and time as my psychology club meeting!! Honestly, I'd rather go for the psych club meeting then the other, but my friends are going for the other, and I can't attend the other because I'm the sec of psych club. Better for me then... :)

Hopefully my friends can get posts at other clubs too so that we can all go camp this Friday together!! Dini, Sofee, Intan... (Psyching...Psyching) LOL.

Hmmm... Let's talk about some random stuff for today:
  1. My brother went to attend a Skor A seminar for his upcoming PMR exam. You know what that means: "HE'S NOT GOING BADMINTON TODAY!!"
  2. My mum went for her Qi Gong CNY lunch! Concentrate on the term 'CNY'! Isn't CNY already over??? Tell me about it!
  3. So my dad and I are left behind at home. My dad's going to be lonely though, because I've got to go play badminton soon. We're going for lunch together! How awesome is that?
That's all for today. Report to y'all later k?

XOXO,

Random

Hi. Back to college already. Homework and hard tutorials to do, interesting and fun friends, nice and yet strict lecturers, what's not to love about college? :P

Just some things I think you want to know:
  1. Brian (my bro) got a fever so he can't go badminton today. I'm going instead. How fun is that? Badminton without Brian going: "Audrey, you suck lah! Play properly la!" Awww, I'm looking forward to it already...
  2. I heard that my parents are going to visit Grandma Hor later in the afternoon. Be sure to collect angpao for me yeah? :P
  3. Yesterday I went to Matthew's house for BBQ dinner. To me, it was a typical church meeting. But it was fun. All his church friends were there, and we had a blast playing the treasure hunt game.
  4. Tomorrow is our class (PS1) book sale day. Informally. :P I'm bringing books, Darsh's bringing books, Sofee & Dini's buying books. So, where do we get to? Money and books!! Oh yeah, better remember to bring the books tomorrow. Or else I won't earn any $$. Haiz, so money-minded these days...
So, these are the few random things happening in my life right now. Enjoy the hectic! :P

XOXO,
Audrey Leow

P/s: Matthew actually knows Kai Feng! They were actually in the same class. Oh, now I can't wait to tell him that tomorrow!

Yi May has gone off to Australia

Hi. It's still CNY, and Yi May has already boarded the MAS plane to Australia. I'm quite sad that we didn't get to send her off, but what to do? The timing just wasn't right.

Yi May, have a safe trip and please remember us as we will definitely remember you. When you come back to Malaysia, remember to catch up with us!!

XOXO,
Audrey Leow

Sending Yi May off this Thurs?

After the awesome party on Sunday, it's time to send Yi May off this Thurs to Aussieland! Oh, how we'll miss her, when she's not here going on outings with us, when she's not hanging out with us... Yi May, I'm starting to MISS you already! How silly of me! :)

Anyway, the sending off part is a little bit tricky. See, I made it an event on fb, but the number of people attending keeps fluctuating by the minute. I asked my transporter to fetch us there, but I haven't called him yet. Hmmm, maybe I should call him later at 9...

My parents told me that if there were too few people going, they will not let me go and send Yi May off! How cruel, but they do have a point. Take for example if there were only 2 of us going, then if my transporter charges RM100 for round trip, each of us will have to pay RM50! It's just not practical! But what those people don't realise is that it's already TUESDAY and we are sending Yi May off on THURSDAY! Time is running out here, and they still seem to dilly-dally...

So far, those who really confirmed that they are going are:
1. Me (of course)
2. Yew Ke Li (she seems to go for everything)
3. Allimalar (she's also like Ke Li)
4. I-Faith (She sms-ed me herself but she hasn't changed her fb status to 'attending' yet)

And those who not sure going or not:
1. Jonathan Tan
2. Yean Yi

A lot more not really sure... Please respond ASAP!

CNY party @ Yi May's

Hi. Yesterday we all went to Yi May's house for a CNY/Farewell party. It was definitely a good party! It was a blast! XD

All my DJ friends were there, so I didn't feel lonely. Best of all, I managed to catch up with Yean Yi! I thought she'll still be mad at me for not going to prom, but at the end, we reconciled and had a great time taking pics.

The BBQ was ok, although a lot of the meat had to be recooked over and over again because of its rawness... Luckily I didn't perch or get a sore throat after the party. God bless!

To Yi May, thanks for inviting us to the party. Hope you remember us and have a great time at Aussieland!!

To all my other friends, thanks for accompanying me and being my friend! Hope we'll catch up some time! Love you all!

XOXO,
Audrey

Outing with cousins

Hi. Sorry for not updating. Was busy collecting angpao! :P

Anyway, today my brother and I went out with our cousins to 1 Utama. We went to have lunch at Sushi Zanmai, then the girls went to shop while the boys went to play at the arcade and then played bowling. After that, we went to Tutti Frutti to have yoghurt together. At the end, it was a fun experience.

Now we are at my house. We just had dinner which my mother cooked and we all helped to clean up after that. My cousins are going back soon, I think... I also had a chat with my cousin brother who is of the same age as me. He wanted to take STPM, but has 2nd doubts about it. I gave him some advice and he says that he wants to do something with economy. But he doesn't feel like doing it in Malaysia. I told him to take A-levels or diploma instead. Hope he thinks through...

CNY is coming to an end soon, but I still have unfinished homework left to do!! Luckily I have another 2 days of holidays! God, please bless me and give me the strength to finish all my college homework before this Wednesday! :)

CNY coming soon

Hi. Sorry for not updating for a while. Anyway, CNY is coming soon and I'm so excited about it! We get angpao from the adults, get to enjoy delicious cookies and get to go back to our hometown to visit our relatives. What more can one ask for on a festive holiday?

Although I have to do a lot of homework and also study, I hope that I'll enjoy this CNY as this is my first CNY celebration with me not going to school, but college instead.

Well, hopefully all of us can collect lots of angpao and eat lots of cookies!
